Custodial workers are expected to continue withdrawal of services and all CUPE 116 members are working to an overtime ban. Faculty and staff who are not engaged in job action are expect to report to work.

CUPE 116 represents more than 2,000 employees in trades, food services, student housing, parking, research labs and more. CUPE Local 2278, representing teaching assistants, is in mediation with UBC. CUPE 2950 and the University have reached a tentative deal.
