My union isn’t on strike, but another union on campus is. Do I have to go to work?

If another union is engaged in a strike or job action and there is no picket line blocking your work location, you are expected to attend work.   If another union is engaged in a strike or job action and there is a picket line blocking your work location,  you have the right not to cross it.  Please contact your union for more details.
